  Every time I try to call them they either don't answer or put me on hold and never come back to the phone (I've waited over 15 mins on hold). I've been in here several times and I keep running into the same man. the last time I was there I was returning Amazon book rentals and he got the packing labels mixed up, when I tried to show him that they both have their own tracking numbers he assured me it didn't matter which one went with which box. Then he said "I'm pretty sure I know how to do my job that's why you don't work here" and all I was doing was pointing out the paperwork DID have to be correct. I've returned rentals plenty of times and it definitely DOES matter if you don't have the right slip with the right book. Finally a younger guy that was there to pick up packages for his truck finally intervened and told the guy he was wrong. He still kept making comments like "I've worked here blah blah years and this never mattered before" and there were plenty of other people in the building too. He's terrible to me and I've noticed other people get frustrated with him too while waiting in line. The store isn't terrible but make sure you pay attention to the details. ALSO he refused to give me a receipt because he was "busy" and I had to wait for someone else to come print it for me because he just went on the help another person.

  Staff are very friendly and helpful. I use this location a lot for printing and it's been a pleasure every time.So happy to have a well-run UPS store nearby.

  Horrible! Horrible! I’ve been in this location on more that one occasion and I will definitely not be back! These two black men have a definite problem with black male customers! There is always an obvious attitude of contempt and dismissal toward black men as customers. I was first snapped at for not knowing the password for there PC to print, (I had to ask for the info though I clearly stated after waiting in line that I needed to make a print). Then I was ignored when I asked for assistance to compete my print function. I had to ask twice. The printers are not setup or labeled with identification. When my print did not produce I was told that “I” had to “look” for the printer. Huh? Despite the fact that I hade been there almost fifteen minutes and interacted twice with both agents, on my third request for assistance I was snapped at to wait my turn, other customers, (white customers), were here before me. Huh? I am in the middle of a transaction, how can a customer that entered behind me be ahead of me? In addition to that indignity I have previously been overcharged, lied to, had my package mislabeled and mailed to the wrong location at my expense and on and on. Theses guys are a JOKE! If you value your time, your money and dignity, Stay away from this Ugly Uncle Tom UPS Store.
